Colorado State University seeks a Chair for the Department of Statistics to provide visionary leadership for Statistics and Data Science at a modern land grant university. We are seeking applicants with outstanding interpersonal communication and organizational skills who are excited about joining an already strong department and who have a proven track record of academic leadership, innovative research, interdisciplinary collaboration, effective teaching and mentorship, and meaningful service. Successful candidates will have demonstrated high ethical standards, a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and are expected to operate in a transparent and collegial way. The successful candidate must have an earned doctorate in a relevant discipline and should hold a position of Professor with tenure or have academic accomplishments that merit appointment at that rank. Duties will commence August 2025.
