We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support the Director of Academic Affairs. This role will manage admissions activities for the Brain, Behavior, & Cognition and Developmental Science, PhD programs, as well as the Master's Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and prepare applications for program directors and admissions committees review.
  • Input, update, and track graduate application data in spreadsheets.
  • Respond to high volumes of inquiries via phone and email, providing clear information to prospective and current graduate students.
  • Support the Director of Academic Affairs with planning and executing yearly commencement, orientation events, and various activities for MA and PhD students.
  • Assist with special projects as required.

Required Skills
  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred.
  • One to three years of experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond efficiently to a large volume of queries.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet management.
